बीकानेर, 12 दिसंबर । अवैध गैस रिफिलिंग रोकथाम के लिए गठित दल ने सोमवार को औचक निरीक्षण में हनुमान हत्था स्थित एक दुकान पर छापे की कार्रवाई में अवैध रूप से गैस रिफिलिंग करते एक व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई कर संबंधित उपकरण जब्त किए।
जिला रसद अधिकारी भागुराम महला ने बताया कि प्रवर्तन अधिकारी भंवर सिंह राठौड़ और प्रवर्तन निरीक्षक संदीप झांकल ने औचक निरीक्षण के दौरान अवैध रूप से गैस रिफिलिंग करते हुए 18 घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर ,तीन गैस रिफिलिंग मशीन, एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कांटा तथा तीन एलपीजी गैस भरने के लिए पाइप जप्त किए। उन्होंने बताया कि जांच दल ने संबंधित व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 की धारा 3/7 के तहत धारा 6 ए में कार्रवाई की है।
